Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to regulations governing the sale of our products, returns are not permitted. However, if your order is shipped incorrectly or the items received do not match what was ordered, please contact us via email. We will provide a replacement for your original order.
If you are dissatisfied with a research product, please reach out to our customer care team to address the issue.
Refunds will not be provided for purity or fill weight concerns unless third-party test results show that the product is either underweight or has a purity of less than 98%. Upon submission of these third-party test results, a full refund will be processed.
We only accept test results from reputable testing providers, please contact us for those providers names that are acceptable.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Shipments arrive within 3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please track your package to ensure its safe delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages.
If your package is lost, we can file a claim using shipment insurance for a refund or replacement. We cannot process refunds or re-shipments for packages marked as “delivered.” If this happens, please contact the carrier before reaching out to us.
