Due to regulations governing the sale of our products, returns are not permitted. However, if your order is shipped incorrectly or the items received do not match what was ordered, please contact us via email. We will provide a replacement for your original order.

If you are dissatisfied with a research product, please reach out to our customer care team to address the issue.

Refunds will not be provided for purity or fill weight concerns unless third-party test results show that the product is either underweight or has a purity of less than 98%. Upon submission of these third-party test results, a full refund will be processed.

Please note we only accept ‘Janoshik’ test results as this is an industry standard.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note: Orders are shipped and transit movement occurs on business days only (Monday–Friday). The Postal Service does not process or move packages on weekends or federal holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates are estimates. If actual carrier charges exceed the amount paid at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm the adjusted total before shipment.

We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.

Optional shipping insurance must be selected at checkout to receive coverage beyond the standard $100 shipment protection.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided, if you have not received your tracking number please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please track your package to ensure its safe delivery.

We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages.

If your package is lost, we can file a claim using shipment insurance for a refund or replacement up to $100. We cannot process refunds or re-shipments for packages marked as “delivered.” If this happens, please contact the carrier before reaching out to us.

Is shipping insurance required?

No. All orders include automatic coverage up to $100. Additional insurance is optional.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If a claim is approved, the insurance provider will either issue a payout or repurchase the same product and arrange reshipment, depending on the claim outcome.

What if I don’t purchase additional insurance?

If additional insurance is not selected, the maximum reimbursement for a lost or damaged shipment is $100.

Are delivered packages covered?

No. Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.
