Indemnity Waiver for Research Peptides

In consideration of the purchase of research peptides from Applied Holdings, LLC (aminospeptides.com), I, the undersigned customer, agree to this indemnity waiver (“Indemnity Waiver”) to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Applied Holdings, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, suppliers, partners, owners, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Aminos Peptides”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the purchase, possession, or use of the research peptides.


I understand and acknowledge that the research peptides sold by Aminos Peptides are intended solely for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use. I agree to use the peptides in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and take full responsibility for any risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use.


I expressly release, discharge, and waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any kind against Aminos Peptides that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research peptides on account of personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, temporary or permanent suffering, disability, death, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm.
I understand that by signing this release, I am waiving any and all claims of any kind arising out of or attributable to my engaging in the Activity(ies), including those claims that may be unknown to me, or which I do not suspect to exist at this time.


I understand and agree that this release is intended to cover and does cover all claims, including those that I do not presently know or suspect to exist at the time of signing this release. In doing so, I expressly waive any similar rights or protections that might otherwise limit this release to known claims. I acknowledge that this waiver is made with the intention of relinquishing all unknown and unsuspected claims that might exist now or in the future.


I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aminos Peptides against any claims (including any claims arising out of my own negligence or the ordinary negligence of the Company), liabilities, damages, expenses, awards, costs, and losses, including but not limited to personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, temporary or permanent suffering, disability, death, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research peptides. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees and any other reasonable costs incurred in the defense of any legal proceeding asserting such a claim. This indemnity waiver does not extend to claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liabilities that Wyoming law does not permit to be released by agreement.


This indemnity waiver is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of Aminos Peptides and me and our respective successors and assigns, as well as my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.


If any term or provision of this Indemnity Waiver is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Indemnity Waiver or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.


All matters arising out of or relating to this Indemnity Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Wyoming or any other jurisdiction).


Any claim or cause of action arising under this Release may be brought only in the federal and state courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such .


By purchasing research peptides from Aminos Peptides, I confirm that I have read and understood this indemnity waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
